At Blue Bell Resort, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer a flexible and transparent refund and cancellation policy. Please read the following terms carefully.


1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation before 2 days from check-in: Full refund (excluding transaction fees, if any).
  • Cancellation between 1 to 2  days from check-in: Partial refund (a cancellation fee applies).
  • Cancellation within 1 days or No-Show: No refund will be provided.
  • Early Departures: Guests checking out before the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund for unused nights.

2. Refund Policy
  • ✅ Refunds will be processed within 5  business days to the original payment method.
  • ✅ Any banking/payment gateway charges deducted during the transaction are non-refundable.
  • ✅ In case of resort-initiated cancellations (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions), guests will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

3. Date Modification Policy
  • ✅ Guests can reschedule their booking once (subject to availability) without extra charges if the request is made at least 7 days before check-in.
  • ✅ Date modifications within 3 days of check-in may incur additional charges.

4. Group & Event Bookings
  • Advance payments for group bookings & events (e.g., conferences, weddings) are non-refundable unless canceled at least 30 days in advance.
  • ✅ Any pre-paid catering or decor charges are non-refundable once services are arranged.

5. Force Majeure Policy
  • In case of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen emergencies, cancellation policies may be adjusted at the discretion of the resort.
